Visual Supports – Connecting in Alternate Ways

For those of you on the constant search for visual supports for your students, here are a couple of good sites.

ConnectABILITY allows you to create your visual supports via multiple ways.  It pulls from Boardmaker images or include your own images.  Here’s an opportunity for you to bring out the photographer in you! The site is simple to use and it’s even Canadian!

Boardmaker Share is a sharing community site that you can search for activities on hundreds of topics.  Find, download and upload yours to help grow the community.

Teaching Learners with Special Needs has a page that lists Boardmaker activities and tutorials.  A nice all -in-one place.
